Day 179: Kakuakos Lodge / Luanda
The night was warm. It will be good for us to leave the tropical zone soon. Today we are served breakfast at the car. What a luxury.
Nevertheless: We are easily affected and irritable. The last few weeks have been extremely exciting and varied, but also exhausting.
Today we're leaning over the map and the travel guide pages that we've been photographed here and there, researching in iOverlander and thinking about what we're going to do in the next few days and weeks. Not easy – because of the rain we may have to re-plan some things spontaneously. For example, on one section of the coast, rivers and bridges are currently not passable.
At lunchtime we urgently need to cool off in the pool :-)
And in the afternoon we start the inquiries for accommodation for Becky in Namibia.
Actually, we are ultimately quite productive today.
Luis makes another request for us to get the EcoFlow repaired – after all, this fucking device at least charges via solar and therefore also while driving.
Dinner with a thunderstorm and music by Cesaria Evora and another day is over.
