Day 130: Biriwa Beach Ressort

We stay at Biriwa Beach Resort and enjoy the light breeze, it has cooled down a tiny bit.

We check whether we have not made any mistakes in the time windows that we had to specify for the visa applications. But everything seems fine.

And we plan the remaining days in Ghana, think about what we want to see in Togo and Benin and plan a route for Nigeria.

We will most likely travel through Nigeria quickly. What we hear about the still very corrupt police force is not encouraging.

With Lagos we are definitely missing out “the” African hotspot. And with Abudja we miss the visits to two contacts we have. But the big African cities have not been good for us so far. It would probably be different if you flew in, have a nice hotel and a tourist program and then flew out again.

We will spend the evening together with our Belgian friends.
