Day 21: Camping Cabopino

Laundry day. Not so easy to grab a free machine and a token for it. The morning is determined by the running times of the washing machines and dryers, as we also want to have bed linen etc. washed. You have to be at the machine on time before the end of the washing program to fill up another one – otherwise you're out of the game.

We sort ourselves out a bit, are offered a car service appointment in nearby Algeciras (instead of Cadiz) (yes, Raul kept his promise to get in touch), book a campsite nearby, and check out the ferry on Saturday Algeciras to Tangier and take a walk by the sea.

The weather is rather cool and windy and is not ideal for swimming. We wonder what motivates other people to spend months in this rather ugly corner of Spain. And we are once again amazed at how quickly a day goes by.
