Day 04: Windhoek

The alarm goes off at 6:15, but we're already awake. We're far from the first at Toyota, and we don't have an official booking. But: Our contact from yesterday, Sepi, is quickly found and sends us Bricato with a diagnostic tool. After a while, the problem is narrowed down – the DPF sensor isn't working as it should. Check the connectors, check the lines, dust off, drive 30 km. No new messages.

By the way: Toyota Pupkewitz processes up to 160 cars a day. In the 45 minutes we were there in the morning, over 50 cars were gradually distributed in three lanes to the service bays. Impressive.

In the afternoon, we make ourselves comfortable at the Urban Camp and think about what we can do in the time until the windshield arrives (or doesn't arrive).

And we're already contacting Namship in Walfish Bay in case things don't work out.

We spend the evening chatting with Gerhard and Manuela.
