Day 42: Johnston Canyon Lodge - Shuswap

At 10am we leave, Trevor back to Calgary and we head towards Revelstoke.

In the Yoho National Park we make a detour to the Takakkaw waterfall, which falls down really impressively from a 254 meter high rock.

In the Glacier National Park we take a look at the Giant Ceders, a short walk through a cedar forest with some 800-year-old trees.

But then we get continous rain again and so we decide to continue further on again and again, although we did not plann to ride so far. We don't stop for the hot springs at Revelstoke and for the camping near Salmon arm, which was recommended by Trevor. About 50 kilometers up to Kamloops, the weather in front of us looks so bad that we are decide to stop at a B & B in Shuswap. Katrine and Russell take care of us, also worried about their beautiful carpets. We are dripping in our clothes.. As a special service Katrine also cares about our laundry.

After a hot shower, we hurry to the main road, where we find a last open restaurant, in which we enjoy Asian cuisine.
