Day 01: Hamburg – Denmark

Around lunchtime I am on my way to Denmark. I've booked an accommodation because I don't want to camp if I have to be at the ferry early the next day.

The ride on the motorway is uneventful and so I arrive at Købmandsgaarden Hjørring in Rakkeby in the early evening. Accommodation is a room in a part of the house that is rented out to travelers. A family of three generations is housed in the other rooms.

For dinner I have to ride to the next big town, Hjørring. There is a pizzeria that actually produces for delivery or street sales. Since the weather is good I can eat my pizza at the tables outside. Wearing masks is probably no longer an issue in Denmark. It's curious how different traveling in Corona times can be.
