Day 14: Sonnleitn – Glonn

The destination for the first day of the return trip is Glonn near Munich, where we want to visit our friends Barbara and Brian, who have moved there this year.

We drive over the Felberntauern tunnel and the Gerlos pass, through the Zillertal and along the Aschensee. These are detours, but we want to arrive after our friends have finished work and so we enjoy the views and landscapes.

On the Gerlos Pass, we are the first vehicle to get behind an "Albabtrieb" (cows are driven down from the Alms to the valley). The cows and the drivers and tourists accompanying them in front of us offer a funny spectacle, especially the ringing of bells is wonderful.

In the evening we admire the new domicile of our friends and enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by them.
