Krüger National Park: Olifants Camp – Skukuza Rest Camp

Got up in the morning at 4:30 to be on the slopes at around 5 o'clock already. It is true: the sooner you start, the better the chances for spotting animals. A ride with many wild animals on the route. We also saw lions. Everything was fantastic. Lots of great photos.

When you drive through the Kruger National Park you have to spend a lot of time, on one hand because you do not have more than 25 km/h, because of the speed restrictions on 40 or 50 km/h, on the other hand because of the many photo or observation stops.

In the evening, we are now only able to sort out the photos of the day. We can not upload anything because of missing a proper internet connection. Hopefully we have better connection at the coast.

The camps are relatively simple, also the Skukuza camp, but you can arrange with it. The huts we rented are sufficiently equipped and acceptable clean.

But one recommendation: Anyone who wants to eat steaks/meat with fresh vegetables or fruit, should bring it to the park. The shops in the parks are not recommendable!
