At 9.30 pretty well out of Athens.

To Thiva (Thebes) on a minor road in the mountains to the northwest. Intensive agriculture (tomatoes, melons, corn, wine, cotton, olives).

Visit of the monastery Osios Leukos. Byzantine-era mosaics and an overall very beautiful complex.

Small lunch break. It's very hot!

Riding on to Aráchova (just before Delphi). Very nice located on a mountainside. Nice hotel (Parnassós, 45 €), rooms with balcony overlooking the village and valley.

Nice dinner in the evening, there are hardly any restaurants, in most you only geet drinks. Wolle still has to work ...
